PAYMENTS
Payment is due at time of service. Payments may also be made in person with cash or check if previously discussed. A processing fee or 10% gratuity may be added to invoices.

ATTENDANCE
Bloom House encourages regular attendance to classes as commitment is essential to progress! If you cannot make it to class, we ask that you please notify the teacher either by text, phone or email. You are welcome to make up classes on the other available days.

REFUNDS
​We politely decline refunds. Any requests for refunds are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our discretion. If you miss class, we encourage you to schedule make-up time or drop into other classes. If classes or appointments are cancelled by Bloom House, we will work to reschedule clients as soon as possible. We will honor refunds in full only when reschedules cannot be accommodated and services are unable to be rendered by fault of Bloom House. Refunds are not offered to no show appointments. If not already paid in full, half the price of booking may be charged to no show appointments.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES Please aim to reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits for private events, 1:1 sessions or gigs are non-refundable.

DANCE CLASS
Wear as little or as much as you want, as long as you can move freely! We want you to be comfortable but don't be afraid to look HOT! Dance heels are optional. We encourage a playful attitude and we strive to create a space that is safe and judgment free. Leave shamelessness at the door and get ready to embrace sexy! All bodies welcome. Any concerns or physical limitations should be discussed with the instructor prior to registration/class.

STUDIO INFO
The Lotus is located at 3026 E 5th Ave. Suite B. near Thor st. Fred Meyer. Free street parking available or overflow parking in "Sera Youth" lot across the street.
