Relational Release; a healing activation space for connection and transformation

More so than ever, humans are experiencing a relational epidemic. Within the last year alone, many of us have gone through significant challenges with loved ones, whether that be separations with partners, friends or family or just general turbulence with our relationships (including the one with ourselves).

I truly believe that our relationships, especially the challenging ones, are our most potent teachers. Not only do they mirror issues within us, but like a lock to a key they offer life changing lessons that initiate us to the next level of our being. This is why so often, these challenging relationships show up as patterns, lovingly urging us to learn the lesson and evolve beyond it.

Part one of this circle will move through guided visualization and energy work as a catalyst for exploration, clarity and profound insights. This level of work provides a powerful opportunity to find peace, forgiveness and understanding with your exes or current partners, co-workers or bosses, friends, family members and most importantly yourself.

And because we are aiming for BIG RELEASE ENERGY, we will also be doing a powerful breathwork practice, as this is a massively effective technique for healing. Leading this aspect of class is local breathwork facilitator Matthew Chavez. I feel the masculine-feminine polarity is an important energy to harmonize and anchor into the space, while you have the benefit of two facilitators as well as being witnessed and held by a safe masculine presence (which I sense many women are craving right now).

Because we, unlike animals, are ENTIRELY DEPENDENT on our caregivers from the moment we are born, our relational experiences are CRITICAL to how we see and experience the world. Most of us did not get what we needed growing up and those cycles continued into adulthood. Furthermore, the landscape of relationships is ever changing. We are no longer in partnerships for survival, but for true co-creation. As we move through such massive collective growth, it is more important than ever to free ourselves from generational baggage, heal the old relational wounds, untether the patterns and work towards forgiveness for all parties involved. Especially if we hope to navigate relationships with more ease and joy. Afterall, the relationship with others will ALWAYS come back to you.
