Energy Medicine

Energy medicine sessions offer deep relaxation and activation to the nervous system and subconscious, encouraging the body and mind to reset and heal. I work hands on and off the body and may incorporate craniosacral work, acupressure, matrix energetics, IET and tuning forks. As always, I'll go where my intuition and your body and guides draw me. Similar to reiki or Healing Touch though these sessions can sometimes go deep into past life work or soul retrieval. I will always share my intuitive insights and leave safe space for emotional release.

A personal favorite of mine, these sessions are wonderful for self care maintenance as well as trauma care and major life transitions.

Sessions can be booked virtually, over the phone or in-person and typically run over an hour.
